Studies have shown that many people around the world struggle to control their gaming behaviour on a daily basis. This is why we decided to take a proactive approach by helping our players identify the signs of problematic gaming habits at an early stage.

We can help you select the right strategy, whether it’s simply talking to someone who can help, setting a gaming budget, taking a timeout or requesting a voluntary exclusion.

Do you know someone who needs support?

Are you worried about another person’s gaming habits? As a partner, family member or friend, you can – and should – do something to help that person.

As a friend or family member, you can notify us about an individual’s problematic gaming behaviour, for example, or about the negative impact that gaming is having on their finances. We can then discuss the situation with you and work together to find a solution.

Our other services

Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive, professional support. We work closely with the specialists at KLICK in Lucerne (KLICK – Fachstelle Sucht Region Luzern), BEGES in Bern (Stiftung Berner Gesundheit) and IRGA in Bellinzona. We recommend these as your first point of contact for advice. They provide free, professional help, which can be an important first step.

We also have a partnership with the Lucerne centre for debt counselling (Fachstelle für Schuldenfragen Luzern), which can provide the necessary assistance if you are having problems with excessive debt.
